Hello,
I can't reproduce your problem on the dev server using this minimal setup:
app.yaml
application: test
version: 1
runtime: python27
api_version: 1
threadsafe: true
handlers:
- url: /.*
script: main.app
secure: always
login: optional
main.py
import webapp2
class IndexHandler(webapp2.RequestHandler):
def get(self):
self.response.write('Hello world!')
app = webapp2.WSGIApplication([('/', IndexHandler)], debug=True)
Are you sure that there's nothing in your code or environment that could be
causing the authentication challenge?
Cheers,
Kev
