Works as far as I can see:

import random
class RPS:
    def __init__(self):
        self.throw=random.randrange(3)
-----------------
>>> a = RPS()
>>> a.throw
0
>>> a = RPS()
>>> a.throw
2
>>> a = RPS()
>>> a.throw
2
