Installing Parsers/Tree Builders to, and accessing these packages from Python2.7

For the third time of asking will you please provide some context.  For 
the fourth time have you tried from the command prompt:-

pip install html5lib ???

For (at least) the third time will you please do something about one 
line paragraphs.
