python 3.5.0b3 (32-bit) exe setup

Hi guys

when I run the downloaded version of this pgm "python-3.5.0b3.exe"

there are no visible  selection box's except "cancel" on the 
first screen shown

see the attached screen dump

its running on a win xp sp3 as a vmware vm
