Cannot create a virtualenv

- I downloaded and installed Python 3.5 64-bit onto a Windows 7 64-bit machine.
- Using `pip install virtualenv` worked fine.
- Now, it is time to create a virtualenv, but it is not working fine.
- I had to add Python 3.5 to the PATH.
- Any suggestions?
