You must be packaging 2.x rathar than 3.x

Some are gone in 3.x.

_tkinter is needed for tkinter, IDLE, turtle, and and user programs that
use the tkinter GUI framework or turtle and any users that want the IDLE
IDE.
_sqlite3 is needed for sqlite3 database module.
