i got an idea with below, but it can not compile
for ii, yy in range(2,5), range(0,3):
for jj, zz in range(2,5), range(0,3):
if yy < zz:
print (ii, jj)
real situation
groupkey
{(0, 1): [[0, 1], [0, 2], [0, 8]], (1, 2): [[1, 5], [1, 9], [2, 6], [2, 10], [8, 9], [8, 10]], (2, 3): [[5, 7], [6, 7], [6, 14], [10, 14]]}
ii = 0
jj = 0
for groupkeya in groupkey:
for groupkeyb in groupkey:
if ii < jj:
print "groupkeya"
print groupkeya, ii, jj
print "groupkeyb"
print groupkeyb, ii, jj
jj = jj + 1
ii = ii + 1
