I suspect you're using pip version 7.1. Update to version 9:
python -m pip install --upgrade pip

"recordclass-0.4.3-cp34-cp34m-win32" is broken down as follows [1]:
Distribution: recordclass
Version: 0.4.3

Platform: win32 [32-bit Windows]
Extension modules have to be built for a particular implementation of
Python, ABI, and platform.
