The builtin way is with the tkinter module:

There's also a builtin way to get input from the user without
resorting to a UI toolkit
https://docs.python.org/3/library/functions.html#input
but it will not allow you to (easily)
prompt 3 questions *together* and *then* get input for
the *first* question *next* to question
(emphasis mine)
