 For example I assume you need something like this:

#!/bin/bash
export PYTHONPATH=/opt/<apppath>/lib
exec /usr/bin/python3 /opt/<apppath>/lib/main.py "$@"

I'm assuming you put all the python code into /opt/<apppath>/lib
and any runnable command into /opt/<apppath>/bin
