[Python-mode] py-complete.el

[SLOGEN]

I have written a python-completion thingy for python-mode, and annouced 
that some time ago.

Unfortunatly, I have only heard from 1 person using it (except me). 
Perhaps it's time it got a little more wide-spread?

Of course it needs some docs and stuff, but it may be interesting to you.
