[Python-mode] Does the reply bot need updating?

The python-mode replybot text seems a bit outdated:

    http://mail.python.org/replybot/python-mode.txt

That page refers the user to Sourceforge for bug reports.  I'm pretty sure
you're not using SF anymore, right?

While I have your attention, I have a bug to report.  Where should I report
it?
