[Python-mode] py-shell interactively switch

Hi Barry,
Current behavior is ruled by ‘py-switch-buffers-on-execute-p’, which
defaults to nil - display the result but don't move cursor thereto.
Assume yours is customized to ‘t’, so new setting proposed here would
make no difference.
