[python-nigeria] Does A Python Community Exist in Nigeria

Hello everyone,

This seems like a long shot but I was wondering if there was a python
community in Nigeria.

My name is Aisha Bello, I am a graduate student at Cardiff Metropolitan
studying IT and I am a very recent Pythonista. I am organizing a
DjangoGirls workshop in Lagos. DjangoGirls is a not for profit organization
that teaches women all over the world how to be creators of Technology by
teaching them how to build a website using the Django framework.

I am looking forward to being a part of the Nigeria Pythonistas community
if one exists, and seeing if this mailing lists works. I believe the power
of Python is in it's strong and amazing community asides being a great
language in itself.

I am looking forward to getting a response if indeed this list works and
there's anyone here.
