Feel free to Unicast me. There is currently a DjangoGirls event scheduled
to happen in Port Harcourt for October. We usually don't encourage having
multiple workshops in the same city almost at the same time due to limited
coaches availability. But if your friend intends to hold a workshop target
at students in the university then this is possible.
