Beste Pythonistas,

Er is bij Paylogic (Groningen) een interessante vacature vrijgekomen voor
een echte senior software ontwikkelaar. Als software ontwikkeling (en dan
uiteraard met name in Python) nog altijd je passie is maar je daarnaast jouw
expertise ook graag inzet om leiding te geven aan een team van Pythonistas
dan is dit een unieke kans voor jou. Diegene die PyGrunn 2011 heeft bezocht
weet waar Paylogic voor staat en dat een gepassioneerde software
ontwikkelaar er volop aan zijn/haar trekken zal komen. En dat in een
succesvol Nederlands bedrijf dat internationaal hard aan de weg timmert.
Mijns inziens zij dergelijke banen heel dun gezaaid dus grijp je kans als
het jou aanspreekt! Of stuur het door als je een andere geschikte kandidaat
weet (het hoeft geen Python expert te zijn, als software ontwikkeling maar
zijn/haar passie is en hij/zij graag Python zou wil leren).

SQLAlchemy etc);

About you:
• Software development is your passion and you appreciate the hacker
mind-set;
• You live and breathe the latest internet technologies and you have proven
to be an expert software developer;
• You have experience, or at least interest, in Python;
• You have have built highly available and highly scalable web applications;
• You are well versed in standard internet technologies (javascript, html,
css, templating, xml, json, messaging systems, caching);
• You know your database techniques: MySQL, NOSQL, ORM, replication, SQL;
• You are well versed in multiple programming languages, tools and
conventions;
• Linux is no stranger to you;
• You are fun to hang out with;
• You love working in teams;
• You love to work in a dynamic environment.

Extra points for experience with:
• High availability systems, cloud computing (Amazon Web Services), Payment
industry, Online ticketing, Monitoring large server clusters, Distributed
version control workflows.
