[Python-porting] [RELEASE] six 1.9.0

Hello,

I hope it is okay if reply directly to you. I never work with python
before, but as i runned my program, it need six 1.3 or latest, so i
downloaded six-1.9.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl however I don't know how to use
it or what the next step should I do after I downloada it.
