Hi,

My organization's about to advertise a python developer position. We've 
found from previous experience that advertising in our usual places 
(Guardian newspaper + jobs.ac.uk) hasn't been very effective for this. 
So I'd like to ask:

  - If you have had experience of recruiting Python developers, what 
methods have you found most effective for advertising?

  - If you are a Python developer, where have you looked for jobs in the 
past?
