Just a follow-up; please pass on my thanks to ThoughtWorks for allowing 
us the space - very generous of them.

Something we discussed was rather than occurring every 8 weeks, would it 
possible to have this monthly (perhaps similarly 2nd Wednesday of every 
month? i.e. 14th Nov?).
