[python-uk] Hotel details and deal

Hi Folks,

If you're coming to PyCon UK you'll need a place to stay. All the
details can be found here:

(Also, PyCon UK does not deal with help requests about specific
bookings, that's between you and the hotel concerned.)

Also, you only have one more week of the regular priced tickets (£165)
being on sale before full price (£215) begin on July 1st. There are
still some community (£135) tickets left too.
