Hi Sophie,

A quick hint: job ads are welcome here, but only if correctly written and targeted. A lot of people here *hate* recruiters (with reason - I myself have only ever met 2 or 3 that I get on with), hate seeing this list being used for spam, and, well… next time, please start a new discussion thread with its own title, rather than highjacking another thread ;-)
