[python-uk] PyCon Ghana 2018 - travel opportunity

The Ghanaian Python community is holding its first-ever PyCon this August: <https://gh.pycon.org>.

I'll be attending. I have access to a small fund to help another UK Pythonista attend and take part.

It will cover a substantial part of the costs of travel and accommodation, though not all.

You don't need to be a Python expert to make a valuable contribution: all you need to do is attend, get to know the Ghanaian Python programmers and make some new friends.
