[python-win32] Straw poll - Python 2.0 and earlier usage

Thanks!  I got no affirmative personal replies to this mail, so it seems the
answer (for this list anyway) is that these early versions are not being
updated.

The latest win32all was only 2.1 and 2.2 and I have not yet recieved a
complaint/request for other versions.
