[python-win32] Looking for ELF/PE library for Python

    Hello,

    Is there a Python library for working with ELF
and/or PE(Portable Executable) formats? By "working" I
mean handling file structure, dumping structure
information, extracting specific parts of the file and
even creating "by hand" new sections/relocations. I
already searched some locations for such a library,
but I couldn't find anything suitable.
