[python-win32] Excel2000 and password

Hello,
 I have a problem with opening a password protected
xls document. When program runs, a Excel dialog prompt
for password is always displayed.
  Here is a code:
self.xlApp =
win32com.client.Dispatch('Excel.Application')
self.xlBook = self.xlApp.Workbooks.Open(filename,
Password="Mypasswd")

What's wrong? A parameter name Password is correct.
