[python-win32] Problems with Python+COM and XP Firewall Manager

Very cool, thanks for putting that together. (there's some other stuff 
that's not python-wrapped (the IP Helper API that I've been pondering 
building an extension for anyway).

When I try to compile it's complaininga bout not having NetConnection.h - 
should I hvae that somewhere, or did it get dropped from the module when 
you packed it up?
