[python-win32] Capture "Windows Key" keypress

Have a look at Peter Parente's excellent pyHook module at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/uncassist
I know this can pick up the keyboard events, although I'm not sure if
you can remove it before the system processes it. Must be worth a look
though...
