It may be that your replys are being sent to the originator, rather than the 
list. When an email is 'reflected' by a mailing list there is a question 
regarding what the To and Reply-to field should be set. In the case of 
python-win32 they're both left as the originator's email address.

Have a look to see whether GMail has a Reply to List function.
