[python-win32] How do I get a PyIMAPIProps ?

Lets say I have a PyUnknown. I've been trying to 
QueryInterface for and IID, but it is failing.

That got me looking around. Where are the objects
that the mapi module creates. It only exposes
the main functions, but not the objects from what I
can tell from dir()
