[python-win32] Illegal instruction while installing win32 extensions

Trying to run pywin32-205.win32-py2.4.exe on a Windows XP SP2 machine 
with a HT P4 processor gives me "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an 
illegal instruction error". Any idea?
