[python-win32] Pivot in Excel from Python

Peter,

I had similiar challenges. After trying in vain for some time, I decided to
add a VB-macro to the Excel Templates which does all the pivot creation and
refresh of data, and to call that macro from Python.

My impression was that there is some missing link within the Excel COM
Interface, which integrated VBA does not care.
