[python-win32] Window Media Player WMPlayer.OCX

I got a strange problem that I can play media files
(mp3 etc) through the Pythonwin.exe with the
WMPlayer.OCX. However, it could not be done through
the shell. When I checked the player.status, it shows
"Opening media ...". Please help.
