[python-win32] Module not found weirdness

Even after completely uninstalling every memory resident program I
installed, I still get the same error:

pywintypes.error: (126, 'SetClipboardViewer', 'The specified module could
not be found.')

What gets me is that it worked after following your instructions the first
time. I don't know if it was because I disabled AVG, I just know that it
worked at least once. So there has to be a way to make it work again.
