[python-win32] Building win32 extensions on 64bit Windows

I am looking for help building the win32 extensions on 64 bit windows
using the .NET 2005 compiler?
 
I followed the instructions "Building the extensions from sources" but
found that certain headers could not be found.
 
Alternatively, are windows 64 binaries available yet?
