That is a very tough question - I doubt many people are familiar enough with
the implementation details of Word to know for sure.

And sadly we are unlikely to have the technical knowledge about the impl of
work to present a well formulated answer!

If you can stick to specific questions about specific issues you are having,
we can likely help - but the question as stated is too vague for me to know
