[python-win32] Unable to install PyWin32 with Python 2.6.2

Hi Chris:

I'm getting:
error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
when running
setup.py install
with pywin32-214
and Python 2.6.2
under
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
on a
Panasonic CF-19 Series Toughbook.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
