[python-win32] Need help in MKS

Hi All,

I just started working on Mouse, keyboard and screen related automation
work,

But do not know from where to start as i am newbie with python.

If any one knows good newbie tutorial, it would be great help of mine. (I
did google also but could not get some thing for basics).
