[python-win32] how to hibernate from python ? how to detect idleness of the pc ?

Hi

I would like to automatically hibernate my home pc when my wife has not been using it for say half an hour.

Two things I dont know

- how to hibernate from python
- how to detect idleness of the pc

The pc is not set for automatic hibernate as we sometimes run longer running tasks that hibernate ignores about. My script would ofcourse know not to shut in that case.
