[python-win32] ANN: PyGUI 2.3.2

PyGUI 2.3.2 is available:

This version fixes a problem in Cocoa whereby the coordinate
system for drawing in a Pixmap was upside down, and corrects
a slight mistake in the Canvas documentation.
