[python-win32] Attempting to install pyWin32: Skipping exchdapi: No library 'Ex2KSdk' Skipping directsound: The header 'dsound.h' can not be located

Unless for some reason you actually NEED to compile pywin32, such as if you
are testing patches or new modules or such, then use the binary installer.
It is much easier.
