[python-win32] New win32com.client.VARIANT object

It is in the latest pywin32 build from sourceforge.net/prjects/pywin32 - 
I'm not sure what the current version of ActivePython includes.

Also, note that it is not a module, it's an object in the 
win32com.client module.
