[python-win32] File monitoring additional information user, process and PID

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had ever been able to retrieve the username, process or PID for file changes, I am currently using the basis on the file monitor script taken from the Tim Golden website.
If anyone has had any luck or can give clues of where I might start it would be much appreciated
