[python-win32] pywintypes Error

Hi ,

I am getting an error mentioned below while using in some of the machines when trying to open the application where as it is working fine in some of the machines :

I also tried to create the Class id manually using the reg-edit but it didn't worked.
I am using win-7 32 bit OS , python 2.4.4,Pmw module and  pywin ,pyinstaller,pythoncom..etc
Can you suggest how to force the class Id in to valid string either through code or manually by dll registration?
Can anyone please help me to figure it out?
