[python-win32] [ANN] pywin32 build 308 released

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the release of pywin32 build 308. There are a 
small number of changes in this release to address issues found in 307.

Specifically:

  * Fix error running |pywin32_postinstall.py|
  * Fix Pythonwin displaying syntax errors in Python 3.13

This release must be installed via pypi - there are no .exe installers.

For initial support (eg, to ask questions about the release etc), please 
contact this mailing-list (python-win32 at python.org). If you want to 
report a bug, please do so at https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/issues

As always, thanks to everyone who contributed to this release; @Avasam 
as usual, and to people who reported issues with the 307 release.
