[PythonCAD] Repo troubles again

Hi.

The subversion repository is acting very strangely. The latest
subversion code was installed on it this morning, and I was able to
successfully update from the public repository. After making some
changes here and then sending them to the repository, I'm finding that
the code on the public repository can be examined once or twice, then
the repo seems to get hosed up. Grrrr ....

Accessing the public repository may be a bit spotty for a short while as
I try to get things fixed.
