[PythonCAD] file-open dialog patch (cd)

Art,

See attached patch.  I didn't like the file->open dialog not changing 
directories when I entered a directory and hit <Enter>.

Seems like gtk should support this by default, but the reference doesn't read 
that way.

If you like it, maybe _get_filename_and_save should behave similarly.
