[PythonCAD] printing

Some comments on the latest version:

1) It seems that "Print" doesn't do anything. Maybe a default printer needs
to be set?

2) "Print Screen" works, but...
    - It defaults to a0 paper, which produces output that gv can't display
    - When you change to "letter" paper, it works OK, but the settings aren't
sticky; you have to change paper size every time you print. And the
orientation and b&w settings must be set every time, too.

3) Dimension lines seem to come out the same size as the drawing lines. This
makes for an ugly drawing when done in b&w. It's usable, but finer dim
lines (with arrows) would be really cool.

Just some comments as I do a drawing to take someplace to actually have
parts made :-).
