The fix is to change this line to look like ...
if hasattr(gtk, 'ComboBox') and isinstance(_size_widget, gtk.ComboBox):

Arrgghh!!! Obviously remove the extra 'e' ...

I'll try and track this down today.
After making the release last week I went out of town and was away from
my computer.
