[PythonCAD] s/UberConverter/VectorSection/

Hi all,

"The UberConverter" is finally moving out of the "working title" stage.  
The new name is VectorSection, which may or may not be referred to as 
VectorX, VeX, or vx.

So malloc calls a timeout and starts rummaging around the free chain,
sorting things out, and merging adjacent small free blocks into larger
blocks. This takes 3 1/2 days.
