[PythonCAD] New Logo For Pythoncad needed

Hi all. I have asked for permission to use the logo to Python Software
Foundation and they have replied with these messages:

"In a general way, we encourage the use of the Python logo, even in
derived forms, for projects clearly using and promoting Python.
However, before we can authorize your specific derived logo, the
Trademarks Committee will have to take a look at it to make sure there
are no issues.
Please forward your derived logo (or a URL for it) to the Committee
(address above as CC), and any description of its range and manner of
use."

"Some general & unofficial guidelines for a successful derived logo:

* It's OK to use the unaltered Python logo as an element in a derived
logo (e.g. the Python logo as a badge; additional graphical elements
added; text added; etc.).

* The derived logo should be significantly different from the standard
Python logo so as not to cause confusion. So if you want to use the
Python logo, you need to add other elements to it.

* Color changes are generally OK (e.g. to match a flag's colors).

* The logo's shape should not be altered at all. Don't use just a
portion of the logo, or hide/obscure part, or alter the shape of all
or part of the logo.

* But it's generally OK to create a logo that doesn't resemble the
Python logo at all. For example, the "3" in the logo at
http://www.python3.org/ uses the colors and "eyes" of the Python logo,
but it is different enough that there can be no confusion.

These are only unofficial guidelines though. Once you have a
mockup/draft, send it to the PSF Trademarks Committee at
psf-trademarks at python.org for approval."
